day-pack packing list

​The following items should be brought to camp each day in a waterproof backpack.  Ziploc bags inside the backpack will keep items dry.  Remember to label everything with your camper’s name and telephone number.  Your camper is responsible for her own gear.
  • ​Rain gear, non-flammable (please, no windbreakers, ponchos or umbrellas)
  • Cup, plate, silverware and dunk bag (a mesh bag to store dishes after being washed, meant to be hung from a drying line)
  • Water bottle (start each day with water from home)
  • Sit-upon (a newspaper wrapped in a plastic bag works well)
  • Hat or visor
  • Sunscreen (please apply first application before camper comes to camp)
  • Bug repellent (non-aerosol or pumps please)
  • Pencil/ink pen and coloring markers/pencils
  • Swim suit, towel and water shoes (on swimming day only)
  • Remember  FRIDAY is a bag lunch
Reminders:   Dress for the weather as we will be outside rain or shine! 
                Shoes and socks MUST be worn at all times to protect feet. 
                (NO SANDALS, FLIP-FLOPS, JELLIES, CLOGS, etc.)
